باب إِبْطَالِ بَيْعِ الْمُلاَمَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ
The invalidity of Mulamasah and Munabadhah transactions
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِثْلَهُ
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported like this from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ).
